Welcome to Team Reflex member Mackenzie Agnew’s hella delicious gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate protein ball recipe. It is legit the treat you’ve been looking for, whether it’s for something to fuel your afternoon, or a healthy swap for whatever the Easter Bunny brings.

 


Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 4-5 TBSP Hemp Hearts
  • 3-4 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1.5 TBSP Cacao raw powder
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 1.5 TSP vanilla
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 5-6 TBSP of a nut butter of your choice (sunflower, peanut butter, almond butter, Brazilian butter, etc)
  • 5-6 TBSP honey

OPTIONAL: Dairy free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand
  2. Roll into small balls
  3. Refrigerate
  4. ENJOY!

 

Makes 12 servings

    I recommend using a food processor to make these protein balls, but you can use a regular mixer instead. The food processor simply blends everything quicker and more evenly. With no refined sugar, this simple chocolate protein balls recipe is a great way to enjoy a guilt-free chocolate fix.
