My main motivation comes from seeing how far I have come in my fitness journey and career. I used to be solely focused on what the numbers said on the scale, but I began focusing on how my body feels physically & mentally and how my confidence has grown throughout the years. I have many amazing individuals that have inspired me over the course of my fitness journey/career. As a trainer, everyday I inspire all my clients to give it their best and to see fitness as more than just the number on the scale and how to live a balanced healthy lifestyle which motivates me to be better!
Protein Powder: Dymatize ISO 100 – Cinnamon Bun or Chocolate
Proats ( rolled oats, ISO 100 chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp of nut butter and almond milk)
Salad: Mix greens, source of protein, avocado, strawberries top with my favourite dressing.
Stir Fry- Rice or quinoa with a source of protein and lots of veggies.
Spaghetti Squash with ground turkey, homemade tomato pasta sauce and veggies.
Caramel rice cakes with coconut nut butter
