My main motivation comes from seeing how far I have come in my fitness journey and career. I used to be solely focused on what the numbers said on the scale, but I began focusing on how my body feels physically & mentally and how my confidence has grown throughout the years. I have many amazing individuals that have inspired me over the course of my fitness journey/career. As a trainer, I also find my motivation from seeing the amazing impact that fitness has on my clients and how they push forward with heart to reach their goals.
