Meet Katie

My name is Katie Muller and I’m a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer and a Holistic Nutritionist.

I grew up super active with three brothers and a personal trainer as a mom.

Long story short, I ended up taking a wrong turn from pressures within the dance community, lost way too much weight, and needed to take my health into my own hands. Through pursuing weight training and learning what my body actually needs to perform optimally, I was able to gain back 30 lbs of muscle and strength and now my biggest passion is helping others find their true worth and health outside of the scale!

Hawaii hands down! I spent 3 months there after graduation and can’t wait to go back one day. Also can never pass up a trip to Penticton to my gramma’s place.

Watching people ahead of me do things I never knew was possible and realizing that if they can do it, so can I!
