Motivation comes within love for the sport for me. I love bodybuilding and want to do it for the rest of my life. Working hard in the gym has become fun for me especially when I have some great tunes playing (I love music). To add to this, nobody can be motivated 365 days a year as we are all human and I think my love for the sport helped me develop disciple for when motivation isn’t there. The discipline helps me get through those tough injuries that really have you questioning is it worth it. My goal is to be an IFBB pro, and I won’t stop till I make it there!

My FAVOURITE is Kodiak Cakes brand protein pancakes with lots of Walden Farms syrup
Cutting season, it’s rice cakes with some pb fit and pink salt
Bulking season, it’s Greek yogurt loaded with granola and lots of peanut butter
I am a huge Halo Top ice cream fan. Cookie dough and mint chip especially. 350-400 calories in a pint? Can’t get much better than that! Could also add some cool whip on top too if you are feeling extra special that day.
