My favourite place I’ve traveled was Ireland, and I hope to get back there in the next year. Cheap, easy, last minute getaway > Mexico, can’t go wrong with an all inclusive & a good book on the beach!
I have a lot of self-motivation, seeing how far I’ve come only pushes me to keep going. I also get motivation off Instagram, following fellow athletes/people at different stages of their fitness journeys is very inspiring.
