Meet Kristen

My name is Kristen Schierer; I am a motivated and outgoing fitness enthusiast. I have always been active, playing sports through my early years such as ringette, gymnastics and dance. I was introduced to the gym scene thanks to my mom about 8 years ago and haven’t looked back. 2 years ago, I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer to help motivate and educate others. The empowerment and drive I feel in the gym, I want other people to experience as it is life changing!

My favourite place I’ve traveled was Ireland, and I hope to get back there in the next year. Cheap, easy, last minute getaway > Mexico, can’t go wrong with an all inclusive & a good book on the beach!

Extra Motivation

I have a lot of self-motivation, seeing how far I’ve come only pushes me to keep going. I also get motivation off Instagram, following fellow athletes/people at different stages of their fitness journeys is very inspiring.
