Meet Stephanie

My passion for fitness started about 4 years ago. I am truly passionate towards living a healthy, strong lifestyle. I did my first fitness competition in Las Vegas last August in which I placed 1st place and won my Pro Card. I took one year of athletic therapy, then discovered that my true passion is training clients as a personal trainer.

I am very outgoing, easy to talk to, honest, loyal, caring individual. My goal is to keep on building my business and to continue to help women around the world to become the best version of themselves.

Favorite way to sweat

My favourite way to sweat is to sweat at the gym while getting in an amazing workout. Nothing in the world feels better than getting in a nice sweat to start off your day strong and feeling healthy!

Where do you find motivation?

Let’s be real for one second I am just like you and there are days where I have to dig deep for that motivation. In reality motivation will only get you so far towards your goal but it’s your drive and dedication each and every day I which you are working HARD toward whatever goal you may have in mind that will get you to where you want to be!

Breakfast

Egg whites and oatmeal filled with cinnamon and berries! I am currently following a diet plan so I love my carbs in the morning 🙂

Source of protein, veggies and carbs! Such as chicken, veggies and rice.

Dinner

Dinner looks pretty similar to lunch! I’m a creature of habit so I could eat the same thing all day and not get bored!

Veggies, nuts and protein shakes

  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1tsp Baking Soda
  • Stevia
  • Topped with almonds (or nuts of your choice)
  • Topped with cinnamon
  • Topped with berries of your choice. I LOVE blackberries!
