It depends on my mood. I love long, steady-state sessions on the elliptical with my music blasting. I zone out and finish my session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also enjoy sprints on the treadmill, I love pushing my body to its limits, and I always experience a wicked endorphin rush.
I listen to a variety of dance and electronic music on Spotify or Apple Music. Sometimes I listen to old school hip-hop or rap.
When I’m looking to relax, I definitely enjoy the tropical destinations, but when I’m feeling adventurous, anywhere completely foreign is my place of choice!
I find motivation internally. I’ve always had a voice in my head telling to do more and be more. I know that life is a precious gift, I don’t want to waste it.
Protein powder! It’s quick, easy and delicious.
Oatmeal mixed with a scoop of chocolate whey, and a tablespoon of nut butter drizzled on top!
Some sort of protein or granola bar.
Greek yogurt with nuts or fruit mixed in.
Chicken and rice with some sort of sauce on top. It’s cheap and easy!
