Heavy weights and some functional HIIT cardio!
I love visiting Vancouver as much as I can, I like visiting all the gourmet doughnut shops or unique places to grab a bite!
I honestly find my motivation from within myself. I have always believed that if I don’t get off my butt and work hard that my goals will never be achievable. I hold myself to a very high standard and that drives me and fills me with passion.
I don’t really have lunch but I guess you could say some extra lean beef with vegetables and roasted potatoes!!
Same idea as lunch, slow cooker buffalo chicken breast, roasted brussel sprouts and basmati rice!
