Meet Caitlin

My name is Caitlin Wickstrom, I am 22 years old. I love spending time with my friends, family, and my French bulldog, Trappy. I started becoming more involved in fitness when I started playing volleyball and basketball in middle school, but I came more strongly involved this past year due to a trauma I have experienced.

I use fitness to better my mental health. I love being outside and trying new things as often as I can. I recently got a dirt bike and can’t wait to challenge myself with being the best I can at it. I enjoy helping people as much as I can to make their lives better whichever way I can. I am currently a health care aide, and I am looking forward to following my dreams to become a surgical nurse one day!

Favorite way to sweat

I love a good leg day but have recently fallen in love with doing stairs and running outside along with hiking!

Any new hip hop or rap music always gets me hyped up.

Place to visit or travel

I have not had a chance to travel a lot but one of my favourite places that I travel to every snow season is Fernie, British Columbia. I love spending my days snowboarding, enjoying the hot springs, and walking around downtown while I am there taking in the beautiful scenery.

Extra Motivation

I find some of my motivation through social media athletic influencers. I also find it by knowing how far I have come and know what I can put my mind to.

  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal
