Meet Lulu

I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Certified Spin Instructor and soon to be Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I am also an Online Health and Wellness Coach, Recipe Developer, Self Empowerment Advocate, Motivator and Blogger on https://www.holisticallywholesome.com/ – just to name a few. I decided to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry when I realized that I could actually heal myself and others through proper nutrition, supplements, exercise and a healthy lifestyle change!

Favorite way to sweat

I am really into circuit training right now, I love adding plyometrics into my routine to really get a good sweat going and my heart rate up.

Mexico! I went last year for the first time, and it was so amazing I haven’t stopped thinking about when I’ll get back there!

Extra Motivation

I honestly love what I do, and I think that’s the biggest thing that keeps me motivated every day. I also make it a priority of mine to improve myself every single day in some way. I think you have to want to be successful at things in life. With that desire comes the motivation.

I read a lot of motivational books on entrepreneurship and success as well and I’m always trying to do/learn as much as I can to better myself!

Breakfast

Protein smoothie with;
Frozen banana
Lots of spinach
Raw almond butter
Cinnamon
Chia seeds

Snack

Usually a piece of fruit and some nuts!

Lunch

Huge spinach salad with chickpeas or black beans as protein and lots of mixed veggies, with nutritional yeast and apple cider vinegar and flax oil as dressing

Snack

Some kind of protein ball that I’ve made or an RXBAR (they’re my favourite!)

Dinner

Organic tofu stir fry with a spicy peanut sauce served over quinoa or Wild Salmon with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed veggies
