Place to visit or travel

Mexico! I went last year for the first time, and it was so amazing I haven’t stopped thinking about when I’ll get back there!

Extra Motivation

I honestly love what I do, and I think that’s the biggest thing that keeps me motivated every day. I also make it a priority of mine to improve myself every single day in some way. I think you have to want to be successful at things in life. With that desire comes the motivation.

I read a lot of motivational books on entrepreneurship and success as well and I’m always trying to do/learn as much as I can to better myself!

FAVORITE SUPPLEMENTS

Protein Powder or BCAA’s, I’m all about helping replenish my muscles in any way possible after an intense training session.

Banana Bread Protein Mug Cake

1/2 banana – mashed
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 whole egg
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop protein
1/4 tsp baking soda
Sprinkle of cinnamon (I like a lot)
Mix in frozen blueberries, chocolate chips or whatever you want and microwave 2-3 mins!
ENJOY!

Breakfast

2 free range eggs scrambled with ½ cup of egg whites, spinach and avocado and fruit on the side!

Snack

Apple with natural peanut butter OR a smoothie with protein powder

Lunch

Super simple salad with tuna or chicken as protein usually

Dinner

Stir fry with shrimp or chicken and lots of veggies over top of quinoa with a spicy peanut sauce (it’s amazing)
