Meet Lucas

I have played national level soccer overseas, competed in the 2010 Canadian Olympic Trials and now strive to be an elite physique athlete.

In my younger years, I suffered from ADHD and anxiety, but my athletic lifestyle was the outlet that kept me grounded and continues to drive me forward. My goal is to be a voice for anyone who has struggled with self-worth or mental difficulties and inspire them to chase their dreams. I now work at Flex Fitness (Delta, BC), where I train clients and advise them to live a healthy lifestyle. I also have expertise in natural supplementation and holistic nutrition.
