Meet Jennifer

I have always been an athletic person, starting from a young age I was playing soccer, basketball and a bit of baseball. After high school I still played soccer, and started training in the offseason, which to be honest was mostly cardio (cardio bunny!) and a little lifting.

It wasn’t until I moved out to Alberta that I found my love for bodybuilding. I found an amazing trainer and a huge support system I didn’t have anywhere else. I have been lifting heavy and weight training for competitions 3.5 years now. I came in 2nd at the 2015 Muscle Beach Classic in Edmonton, Alberta and have been training hard to step on stage at provincials in Calgary this June. I can’t wait to see where this sport will take me.

As a personal trainer, I enjoy taking time and training many amazing, inspiring people to help them reach their health and fitness goals. My goal is to inspire as many people as I can and show them that if you believe in yourself and want your dreams bad enough, anything is possible.

Favourite way to sweat?

60 min on the treadmill on a steady speed at a huge incline – it makes your glutes and legs work!


I listen to motivational speeches combined with upbeat music to get me focused on my workout.

Place to visit or travel

I loved visiting Mexico and seeing the difference in how people live in the many cities.

Extra Motivation

Dani Reardon is a huge inspiration to me.


BCAA’S are always in my cupboard and gym bag.

Morning Oatmeal Pancakes

2onz oatmeal
250ml egg whites
tbs baking soda
tsp vanilla
2 packets of Sugar Twins
.5 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs cocoa (optional – for a chocolatey taste!)
Blend all together and fry like pancakes, tastes amazing with some Walden Farms syrup!




No sugar added chocolate pudding.
